Jason Matis

Jason Matis has significant work experience in various roles related to enterprise architecture, sales engineering, solution architecture, and account management. Jason is currently working at Socrates AI as the Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SKAEL, Inc. as the VP of Sales Engineering from June 2021 to October 2022, and as the Sr. Director of Sales Engineering from May 2020 to June 2021. Jason also has experience at Astreya, where they served as the Sr. Director of Solution Architecture from July 2019 to April 2020, as the Technical Business Development Director from July 2018 to June 2019, and as the Network Solutions Manager from July 2017 to June 2018. Jason worked as a Strategic Account Director at Contec Holdings from October 2014 to May 2017. Jason's early career includes roles at Acuative as the Sales Director from October 2011 to October 2014, at Cisco Systems as an Account Manager from August 2005 to August 2011, and as an Associate Sales Representative from September 2004 to July 2005. Jason also had intern experience as a Financial Analysis Intern at Simon Property Group from June 2003 to August 2003 and as an IT Support at Simon Property Group from August 1999 to September 2002.

Jason Matis holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and Strategy, which they obtained from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Computer Technology with a Business Minor at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis from 1995 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Jason has also obtained certifications in "Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines" from LinkedIn in March 2020 and "ITIL Foundation Level" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2019.
