Sean Rycek

Sean Rycek has a diverse work experience in various roles within the software engineering and consulting fields. Sean started their career as a Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University in 2012. Sean then worked as an IT Co-op at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where they developed web applications and implemented network upgrades. Sean also worked as a Java Developer at Epicbot before joining t14 Consulting as a Senior Technical Consultant, where they played various roles such as Front-End Developer, Back-End Developer, and Full Stack Developer. At t14 Consulting, they gained experience in productizing custom analytical scenarios and working with Analytics and AI experts.

In 2020, Sean founded R&S Consulting where they served as a Founder and Full-Stack Developer, building an Anti-Money Laundering solution for small banks. Sean used technologies like ASP.NET Core, EF Core, Web API, JavaScript, JQuery, and PostgreSQL.

Sean then joined Policygenius Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of their online insurance marketplace. During their time there, they worked on projects aimed at making insurance options more accessible to users.

Most recently, Sean joined Soda Health as a Senior Software Engineer II, where they continue to contribute their expertise in software engineering.

Sean Rycek attended North Carolina State University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
