Christian Bruns has a diverse work experience spanning various finance and consulting roles in multiple companies. Christian started their career as a Trainee at Enexis in 2002 and progressed to become a Senior Medewerker Planning en Reporting. Christian then worked as a Financial Controller at Obvion before joining ASML as a Financial Analyst/Accountant. After that, they served as a Business Controller at Philips and later as a Corporate Department & Investment Controller at E.ON Benelux. Christian also worked at Philips Lighting and held the roles of Project Consultant for setting up a new global process and improving the reporting process. Christian then joined the consulting firm RGP and worked as a Project Consultant, specializing in project, program, and change management, finance and accounting, information management, governance, risk, and compliance, supply chain management, and human capital. Prior to their current role, Christian worked at SodaStream International, Ltd., where they held various positions, including Finance Manager Nordics, Business Controller Nordics, and Finance Manager/Director Nordics. Currently, they are serving as the Finance Director Nordics & Italy at SodaStream International, Ltd.

Christian Bruns attended Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfs Economie. Christian then went on to study at Maastricht University from 1998 to 2002, focusing on Finance. Later, from 2006 to 2011, they pursued an Executive Master of Finance and Control at Maastricht University.
