Hilik Zur

Hilik Zur has work experience in various roles and companies. Hilik is currently the Head of Product Engineering at SodaStream International, Ltd., where they manage a team of project managers and individuals working on multiple projects. Hilik is responsible for defining the team's work plan, budget, and managing deliverables. Hilik also communicates project status to site managers, executive leadership, and external partners.

Prior to this, Hilik worked at Elbit Systems - Kinetics as an R&D Technical Project Manager. Here, they led complex multidisciplinary projects for the defense industry, including auxiliary power units and life support systems for combat vehicles. Hilik was responsible for the entire product development process, including defining project roadmaps and milestones.

Before Elbit Systems, Hilik worked at Rafael as an Advanced Computer Systems Operator.

Hilik Zur holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Systems Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which was obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Zur earned a B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Zur obtained certifications in various areas such as Six Sigma, Business Development Foundations, Operational Excellence Foundations, Jira Administration, and Learning Jira. A Six Sigma Green Belt certification was earned from ALD College in 2020.
