Danielle Panarello began their work experience in 2002 as the Owner and Pastry Chef at Sugar Plum Cafe. Danielle then moved on to JAM Holdings LLC in 2005, where they served as the Director of Operations until 2014. In 2015, they joined SoDel Concepts and initially held the position of Director of Operations. Danielle later advanced to the role of VP of Operations in May 2021.
Danielle Panarello attended The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, where they pursued a degree in Pastry Arts. After completing their studies at Walnut Hill College, they enrolled at the University of Delaware. There, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.

Based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, SoDel Concepts is an award-winning, chef driven restaurant group on the Culinary Coast of Southern Delaware. It also includes Haley/Kammerer, a hospitality consulting firm, Highwater Management, a hospitality management company, as well as SoDel Cares, a charitable non profit foundation which strives to improve the community in which we live.
