Lena Boström

Lena Boström has a diverse work experience in management consulting, change management, and digital transformation. Currently, they are the Acting Head of Department - Healthcare IT at Region Stockholm. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Department - Digital Development at the same organization. In 2017, Lena co-founded LBM-Consulting, where they worked as a business-oriented management consultant and change manager, focusing on digital transformation and organizational development. Lena also served as a Board member and co-founder of Ordeca from 2021 to 2023. Lena has held various CEO and management consultant positions, such as at C.A.G Mawell and C.A.G Next, where they focused on healthcare sector digitization and change management. Lena also has experience in change management at The National Board of Health and Welfare. Earlier in their career, Lena held leadership positions at Svenska Spel and SAS Group IT, where they were responsible for systems development and commercial systems. Lena started their career as a Product Development Specialist at SITA.

Lena Boström's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Stockholm University. Lena pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Economics, Organization, and International Relations, completing their studies in 2001. Afterward, in 2015, Lena attended the MiL Institute where they participated in the Svenska Spels Toppledarprogram. This program focused on Strategy, Change, Cultural Development, Management Development, and Leadership. Lena'stime at the MiL Institute lasted until 2016. Additionally, Lena has obtained additional certifications. In 2018, they completed the First North Board & Management Training offered by NASDAQ Stockholm's Education. Most recently, in September 2020, Lena became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc.
