Fabiana Galetol

Fabiana Galetol has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Fabiana began their career as an intern and later worked as an analyst of importation before becoming a manager of purchasing and importation. Fabiana then took on the role of executive assistant GM LA-NY Assignment, where they managed projects across various departments.

In 2005, Fabiana joined IBM and served as the People Director, overseeing operations, diversity, organizational climate, and employee relations. Fabiana also acted as an HR business partner for the services department, collaborating with leaders on strategic direction, talent management, and succession planning.

After holding various positions within IBM, Fabiana became the Head of Branding and External Communications in 2010. In this role, they managed the company's brand execution, advertising strategy, and media relations. Additionally, they developed and executed the annual branding plan for IBM Brazil.

From 2018 to 2020, Fabiana served as the Head of Communication for IBM Brazil, responsible for internal and external communication management. Fabiana focused on reputation management across different stakeholders and implemented internal communication strategies to inspire and engage employees. During their tenure, Fabiana positioned IBM Brazil as a key player in the technology industry.

More recently, Fabiana joined Sodexo Benefícios e Incentivos, where they became the People and CSR Director. Fabiana continued their work in human resources, focusing on people management and corporate social responsibility.

Most notably, Fabiana has demonstrated expertise in communication, branding, human resources, and project management throughout their diverse career.

Fabiana Galetol holds a Post Graduation in Marketing from Ibmec. Fabiana also has a background in Economics from Universidade Federal Fluminense. In addition to their formal education, Fabiana has obtained several certifications including "Formação em Mentoring" from ERLICH Mentoring, "PNL - Programação Neurolinguística" and "Inteligência Emocional" from Escola Conquer, all acquired in the year 2020.
