Felicia Georgescu has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Felicia started their career at Vodafone as an HR Consultant from 1997 to 2000. Felicia then worked at GSK as an HR Manager from 2001 to 2003, and later as a Project Manager for PeopleSoft Implementation in the EMEA region from 2004 to 2006. Felicia joined HP in 2006 as the Country HR Manager until 2008, after which they became the Business Operations Manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Sandoz. Since 2013, Felicia has been associated with Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, first as the Head of HR, Internal Communication & CSR in Romania & Bulgaria until 2022, and currently as the Head of People Team.
Felicia Georgescu attended the Academy of Management and Economics Romania from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Management.
