Prashant Maheshwari

Prashant Maheshwari is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in taxation, corporate affairs, and financial management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services since June 2006, Prashant has held various senior positions, including Associate Vice President for Taxation & Corporate Affairs and Finance & Taxation. Prashant's responsibilities encompass tax-related matters, business development, and regulatory interactions, particularly with the Reserve Bank of India. Before joining Sodexo, Prashant worked at HSBC Asset Management as Manager Finance, handled accounting and reporting at Sodexho Pass Services India Pvt Ltd, and contributed to financial compliance at UPL Limited. Prashant began professional training at Borkar & Muzumdar and holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College.
