Aj Francavilla

AJ Francavilla is a Senior Director of Digital Experience for North America at Sodexo, responsible for overseeing the digital portfolio and leading strategic product roadmaps. Experience at Sodexo includes roles as Director of Consumer Technology Portfolio, Business Technology Manager, Senior Business Technology Specialist, and Project Manager, focusing on technology standardization, digital solutions, and consumer technology governance. Prior to Sodexo, AJ served as a Student Technician and Student Senate Executive President at Lycoming College, advocating for student life improvements and implementing various initiatives. AJ also gained experience as a Marine Policy Intern at Rutgers University Institute for Marine & Coastal Science, assisting with coastal management legislation. AJ holds a B.S. in Biology and Environmental Science from Lycoming College.
