Ben Hatchelt is an experienced professional specializing in change and transition management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Transition Manager at Sodexo since December 2023, Ben is part of a team dedicated to moving large-scale projects into live environments, focusing on Service Acceptance, Handover to Support, Risk, and Stakeholder Management. Previously, as Change & Transition Manager at Novia Financial Plc, Ben successfully designed and implemented the organization's Change Management Process, integrating ITIL Level 4 and SAFe DevOps. At Bath Spa University, Ben launched an ITIL Change Management Process and implemented Service Transition efficiently. Ben's earlier experience at King's Service Centre as Change Manager and Service Desk Team Leader led to significant reductions in change requests and the establishment of a new Service Desk.
