Charles Veigel

Charles Veigel serves as the Vice President of Government Contracts at Sodexo since August 2016, overseeing all U.S. operations in this sector. Additionally, Veigel is an Instructor at the University of Washington, where a course on International Data Governance & AI Ethics was developed and taught, along with a module on International Law for the Foundations of Global Business program. From January 2019 to January 2020, Veigel held the role of Board Member and Treasurer for the Fulbright Association, influencing financial strategies for a network of over 140,000 alumni. Previous experience includes serving as a Fulbright Scholar to Macedonia and a Visiting Professor of Law at the U.S. Department of State, a Guest Lecturer at the University of Tennessee's Aerospace & Defense MBA program, and Legal Director at Thales USA, Inc. Charles Veigel holds a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Claremont McKenna College.
