Dave Trombetta

Dave Trombetta has a robust professional background in the hospitality and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Director of Growth & Consumer Experience Marketing at Sodexo since April 2011. Significant achievements include successfully refreshing the "Customer Experience" program, training over 500 managers, and generating over 36 million dollars in voluntary meal plan sales while overseeing operations in the largest region in the US. Prior to Sodexo, Trombetta held roles at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, where accomplishments included exceeding budgeted sales consistently and earning the "GM of the Year" award in 1997. Educational qualifications include a degree in Professional Chef and Restaurant Management from the California Culinary Academy and studies in Theater Arts at Fresno City College.
