David Young is an Operational Excellence Manager in the APAC region, specializing in property facilities management. David began their career in the print industry, progressing through an apprenticeship to become a Department Manager, which honed their project management and customer service skills. They have held leadership roles at companies such as Sodexo and JLL, successfully managing multiple locations and teams while focusing on operational performance and client satisfaction. David is dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement, actively seeking challenges and opportunities for professional development. Currently, David is pursuing further education with a Certificate IV in Front Line Management.
