Evan Robertson

Evan Robertson is an experienced training and operations manager with a strong background in facilities management and food service. Currently serving as Training Manager at Sodexo since June 2018, Evan oversees custodial training and quality for the University at Buffalo. Previous roles include Facilities Operations Manager at a private assisted living community, where oversight included maintenance and project management of extensive facilities, and as Food Service Manager in a hospital system, where Evan successfully managed multiple cafeterias and implemented a complex POS system.
