Isabelle Zapp

Isabelle ZAPP is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources and learning and development. Currently serving as the Global L&D Project Director at Sodexo Academy, Isabelle is responsible for deploying L&D priorities across various academies, including the HR Academy and the Management Academy. Prior to this role, Isabelle held the position of Global VP of HR at Circles France, where responsibilities included leading HR strategy and managing an internal team across multiple countries. Isabelle's career at Sodexo spans over two decades, with previous roles including HR Project Manager for Western Europe and Diversity Coordinator, showcasing a strong focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Institut de Gestion Sociale and a Licentiate degree in Human Resources from I.S.P.P.
