Luis Roberto Soto

Luis Roberto Soto has extensive experience in the culinary and management sectors, currently serving as Gerente de Fidelización de Clientes and previously holding positions such as Site Services Manager and Sub Manager at Sodexo since August 2014. Responsibilities include managing corporate dining operations for up to 1,100 daily diners and overseeing a team of 30-45 personnel. Prior to Sodexo, Luis was the Executive Chef at Restaurante Chile Tequila, focusing on kitchen management, staff training, inventory control, and menu development. Additional experience includes a supervisory role at the Secretaría de Educación Pública and a position as Chef de Partie at Restaurante Azul Condesa. Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Sciences from Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa, along with diplomas in Human Resources Management and Project Planning from Universidad Casa Blanca and Tecnológico de Monterrey, respectively.
