Peter Amaral

Peter Amaral is an Executive Chef currently at Sodexo, where they oversee food production and manage administrative responsibilities to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Peter has held various culinary roles, including Chef Manager at Compass Group, Sous Chef at CIDS, and Event Chef at Millonzzi Fine Catering. They also served as General Manager for the Wildlife Conservation Society. Peter continues their education at the Community College of Rhode Island.
