Poornima Vijayan

Poornima Vijayan is a QHSE Executive at Elior India since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in quality control and food safety. Previous roles include Quality Control Executive at Bigbites and Quality Officer at Nirapara, where Poornima specialized in biochemical and microbial testing of food samples to ensure compliance with food standards. Early career experiences as an intern at various food companies, including SABMiller and Aiswarya Food Products, provided hands-on training in brewing, biscuit manufacturing, and quality assurance across a range of food products. Poornima holds a Master of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and Technology from Jain University and T.K.M. Institute of Technology, respectively.
