Sari Aaltonen

Sari Aaltonen is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Head of HR Administration, Payroll & Total Rewards at Sodexo since August 2012. Sari leads Sodexo Finland's People Center and Payroll team, focusing on the maintenance and development of payroll and employment life cycle processes, internal HR controls, HR IT systems, and HR reporting. Prior to Sodexo, Sari held the position of HR Manager at Lassila & Tikanoja from April 2010 to July 2012, overseeing the HRM team and inhouse payroll, and was also the Chairman of the Board for Sirius sickness fund during the same period. Sari's extensive background includes roles as Payroll Manager and Project Manager at Lassila & Tikanoja from 2001 to 2010, leading an HR IT project to implement new payroll and management systems, as well as serving as Managing Director at Leinonen Latvia from 1998 to 1999. Sari holds a degree in accounting from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and a specialized management qualification from TTS.
