Shin Huey Lim

Shin Huey LIM is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, digital transformation, and agricultural research. Currently serving as Innovation & Technology Manager at Sodexo since November 2022, LIM previously held the position of Deputy General Manager (Commercial & Digital Transformation) at Zenxin Agri-Organic Food, where a consistent annual sales growth of 15% was achieved despite pandemic challenges. In earlier roles, LIM co-founded E-Farmer Market (now Go-Pasar), conducted plant research at various institutions, and honed production planning skills at Materion Corporation.
