Tamara Lively is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in kitchen management, food production, and content creation. Currently serving as a Lead Cook - Sous Chef at Sodexo since September 2025, Tamara also self-manages a personal brand, Chef Adjacent, focused on food photography and recipe development. Previous roles include Culinary Supervisor at Thistle, where operational excellence and team leadership were paramount, and Cafe Team Expert at Barnes & Noble, Inc., where sales strategies and customer satisfaction were prioritized. With a background in culinary innovation as a Global Culinology & Digital Food Content Creation Intern at Ingredion Incorporated, and hands-on experience in catering and food service at Constellation Culinary Group and Neighborhood Goods, Tamara combines culinary arts with strategic operational management.
