Thierry Renard

Thierry Renard currently serves as the Global CTO at Sodexo since April 2023, following nearly a decade in various leadership roles within Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, including Governance & IT Transformation Director and Global Digital Factory Director. In these positions, Thierry managed a multidisciplinary Global Digital Factory across three continents, ensuring effective product development and delivery through autonomous agile squads. Earlier career experiences include serving as CIO for Sodexo Pass Belgium & Luxembourg, as well as holding various IT management positions where responsibilities encompassed application management and overseeing IT operations. Thierry holds an MBA in Economics from the University of Liège, awarded in 1999.
