Yann Robbes

Yann Robbes is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Chef des ventes Paris-Nord-Ouest and Responsable du développement des ventes RHF at Sodiaal Professionnel since December 2019, Yann has a strong background in sales management, having previously held the position of Responsable national des ventes CHD at LES FROMAGERIES OCCITANES from October 2007 to December 2019, where responsibilities included implementing commercial policies and managing a team of four regional sales managers. Prior roles include chef de secteur régional at Elle et Vire Professionnel and manager de rayon boulangerie pâtisserie at Leclerc Champigny, where Yann demonstrated expertise in portfolio management and team leadership. Yann holds a CAP in pâtisserie from Cifac, attained between 1989 and 1992.
