Fabrice TOE has a diverse work experience in various industries. Fabrice is currently the Head of the Technical Division at SODIGAZ APC. Prior to this role, they worked at IAMGOLD Corporation as a Capital Project Coordinator and later as an Electrical Engineer, where they supported the electrical maintenance, programming, and reliability teams. Before that, Fabrice was an Electrical and Instrumentations Projects Manager at Rheolution Inc., where they developed and implemented LabVIEW software and applications. Fabrice also worked as a Project Coordinator in Educational Robotics at Youth Fusion / FIRST Robotics Quebec, managing a team and budget for designing and operating robots. Additionally, Fabrice has experience as an Associate Scientist at Energizer and Johnson & Johnson, as well as a Sales Associate at Subway. Fabrice has also worked as an Academic Tutor at Place aux Familles, assisting students with learning difficulties.

Fabrice TOE obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics/Instrumentation from Polytechnique Montréal, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In 2009, they also pursued a minor in Mathematics at Université de Montréal. Continuing their education, Fabrice completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management/Business Administration at HEC Montréal in 2017.

In 2018 and 2019, Fabrice pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Université Laval, specializing in Business Management.

Fabrice has also earned several additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Fabrice obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam preparation certification from Oo2 in September 2021. In September 2020, they completed the Initiating and Planning Projects course offered by Coursera. Additionally, Fabrice obtained the Excel Skills for Business Specialization certification from Macquarie University, also through Coursera, in April 2020.

Furthermore, Fabrice holds several other certifications and accomplishments. Fabrice completed the Facilitateur d'Innovations | Innovation Facilitator program from makesense in December 2019. In October 2019, they obtained the Vice Président aux Relations Publiques de Baobab Club TM | Vice President Public Relations Baobab TM Club certification from Toastmasters International. Fabrice also achieved the Analyse des Bris - Analyse des Causes Racines | Failure Analysis - Root Cause Analysis (RCFA) certification from Contrôles Laurentide in April 2019. Additionally, they completed the Introduction à l'analyse Vibratoire | Introduction to Vibration Analysis program through Contrôles Laurentide in April 2019. Fabrice holds the La sécurité dans les installations électriques - Les Protections Arc Flash | Safety in electrical installations - Arc Flash Protections certification from BBA, obtained in December 2018. Fabrice also achieved the Lean Six Sigma Ceinture Jaune | Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) certification from MTE Melior in November 2018. Fabrice obtained the G2 - L'Appareillage de Distribution Électrique | G2 - Electrical Distribution Equipment certification from Schneider Electric in September 2018.

As a member of various professional organizations, Fabrice is a Member of the Montreal Chapter of the Project Management Institute since November 2017 and a Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec since November 2017.
