Lucy Clough

Lucy Clough has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the HR field. Lucy most recently worked as a People Director at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist, where they oversaw all aspects of the People Journey. Prior to that, they served as a Group People Director at Hays Travel. Lucy also held the position of Group Human Resources Director at Boohoo Group PLC, where they were responsible for the global people agenda and supporting the rapid growth of each business within the group. Lucy has also worked at McDonald's in various HR roles, including HR Director UK & Ireland and Head of UK Learning & Development. Lucy has extensive experience in leading HR strategy, talent planning, recruitment, employee retention, and learning and development initiatives.

Lucy Clough pursued their education at Teesside University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science from 1994 to 1997. Later on, they went on to attain a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the same university between 2010 and 2012.
