Carolina Martínez Rodríguez has extensive experience in both safety engineering and cultural management. Currently serving as a founding partner at Distant Sounds since January 2019, Carolina focuses on production, communication, and booking for musical events, along with artist representation. Concurrently, Carolina holds the position of Safety Engineer at Navantia, S.A., responsible for system safety in various projects. Previous roles include City Leader for Sofar Sounds managing events in A Coruña, Training Manager at The CT Engineering Group, and Safety Engineer at Dinain with significant safety engineering projects. Carolina possesses a strong educational background in Industrial Engineering, safety management, and cultural administration, including advanced studies in responsibility and sustainable cultural management.
