Ayal Abbas

Ayal Abbas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ayal began their career as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Pfizer Laboratories in 1980, where they were responsible for managing the sales and marketing of animal health products. In 1985, Ayal established Central Cementations, a construction company that grew to employ over 300 people and worked with various public and private sector organizations. During this time, Ayal also introduced innovative solutions for niche industries. In 1992, Ayal founded Sofcom, a business application company focused on improving lives through technology. Sofcom specializes in two flagship products, Harmony, a Human Capital Management solution, and Spectrum, a quality management solution for the manufacturing and process industry. Ayal's entrepreneurial journey started with small business PC-based applications and expanded to cater to large and mid-sized companies.

Ayal Abbas attended the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2009, where they completed an executive development program in the field of study. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued an MBA degree at Preston University. Their education started in 1975 at Karachi University, where they graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
