Josh Marlatt

Josh Marlatt is a seasoned professional in total rewards and people analytics, currently serving as the VP of Total Rewards & People Analytics, Systems and Operations at SoFi since March 2019, after previously holding the position of Senior Director, Total Rewards. Prior experience includes a tenure at Tesla from June 2014 to March 2019, where Josh was Senior Manager of Global Compensation and also held earlier roles such as Manager and Senior Compensation Consultant. Additional experience includes managing global compensation at Levi Strauss & Co. and a variety of HR roles at The Coca-Cola Company between June 2010 and November 2013. Josh holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
