Justin Krueger

Justin Krueger is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing compensation strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Broad-based Compensation at SoFi since October 2020, Justin leads a global team focused on compensation philosophy, base pay structures, and performance reward programs. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Compensation at Cisco and various managerial positions at HP, where Justin oversaw comprehensive compensation programs for thousands of employees. Additionally, Justin has experience in global benefits project management at HP and has supported diverse teams in strategic HR functions. Justin holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
