Niyati Goyal

Niyati Goyal has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Niyati is currently the Director of Software Engineering at SoFi since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Expedia Group, starting as an Associate consultant at Capgemini India in 2006. Niyati also held various roles at Amazon, including Software Development Manager. Niyati has a strong background in leadership and technical expertise, managing teams and developing customer-facing web services, data pipelines, and data science models. Niyati has experience in building analytics tools and driving competitive marketplaces.

Niyati Goyal completed a Master of Science degree in Computer and Information Technology from Purdue University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science. Their high school education was completed at St. Rapheal's Higher Secondary School, where they earned a High School Diploma with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Math, and Computers.

In addition to their formal education, Niyati Goyal has obtained certifications outside of their degree programs. Niyati completed the New Manager Bootcamp at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in November 2014. Furthermore, they also obtained the Sun Certified Java Programmer certification from Sun Microsystems in January 2008.
