Ram Muthaiyan has extensive experience in risk management and credit operations, holding leadership positions in multiple financial institutions. At SoFi, Ram serves as Chief Credit Officer, while at Fundbox, Ram held the role of Chief Risk & Product Officer. Previously, Ram was Chief Risk Officer and General Manager at Zip Co, contributing to the board of directors for Zip US. Ram's career also includes significant tenures at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Ram was Managing Director in various capacities including Product Leader for Acquisitions and Head of Risk Management for Payments, as well as Executive Director overseeing Credit Risk for Consumer and Small Business Lending. Ram began the professional journey at HSBC as a Business Analyst focused on Collections and Recovery.
