Ana Santiago

Ana Santiago has worked in the Human Resources field since 2016. In that year, they began their career as an Analista de Atracción de Talento for Young & Rubicam Group, a group of advertising agencies. Ana also worked as an Intern for Page Personnel Banking & Financial Services, where they sought out talent in the banking and financial services sectors. In 2017, they took on the roles of Analista Sr de Recursos Humanos and Analista de Recursos Humanos at MIRA. In 2020, they joined DoctoraliaMX as a People Business Partner. Most recently, in 2021, they became a People & Culture Sr Associate at Sofía, a Mexican health and technology company. In this role, they are responsible for end-to-end recruitment, performance review, and engagement processes.

Ana Santiago completed their Licenciatura in Psicología from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte in 2016. In 2020, they obtained a Diplomado in Administración Estratégica de Recursos Humanos from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
