Benigno Pérez (He/Him)

Benigno Pérez has a wealth of work experience, having held several positions since 2007. He began his career as the Founder and CEO of I-Grad in 2007. In 2010, he became a Co-Founder of Yo propongo. In 2011, he began working at A.T. Kearney as an Intern, and subsequently held the roles of Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst. In 2015, he Co-Founded Ben & Frank. In 2016, he returned to A.T. Kearney as an Associate. From 2017 to 2020, he worked at Uber, first as the Analytics & Insights Manager and then as the Head of Customer Experience, Uber Eats LatAm. Since 2020, he has been the Head of Operations at Sofía.

Benigno Pérez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México between 2007 and 2011. He then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2014 and 2016, with a focus on Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.
