Customer Executive at Sofigate

Johanna Halonen began their work experience as a Public Health Nurse for the City of Oulu in 1999. Johanna then worked as a Midwife at the Oulu University Hospital's Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2006. In the same year, they also served as a Teacher at the Oulu University of Applied Sciences. Johanna then transitioned into the business field, working as a Project and Account Manager for Coronaria Impact Oy from 2006 to 2010. Johanna continued their role with the company, now known as Corame Oy, as an Account and Project Manager from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Johanna joined Sofigate as an Advisor, a position they held for eight years until 2021. Johanna then returned to the University of Oulu as an Account Manager from August to December 2021. Johanna later rejoined Sofigate as a Customer Manager from December 2021 to April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Executive, starting in September 2022.

Johanna Halonen completed their Master's degree in Health Sciences from the University of Oulu, which they attended from 2003 to 2006. In 2010 to 2011, they attended Toimitusjohtajakoulu, where they obtained a degree in B to B sales. In 2015 to 2016, Johanna returned to the University of Oulu to pursue a field of study in Psychology. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications including Prosci Change Management Practitioner in April 2018, Togaf Foundation 9.1 from Wakaru Oy in March 2015, ITIL v3 Foundation also from Wakaru Oy in February 2015, Certified Information Management Professional from Sofigate in June 2014, and Certified Information Standard Professional from Sofigate in December 2013.
