Jukka Sorsa

Jukka Sorsa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Sofigate since March 2015, Jukka previously held the position of Senior Service Manager at Microsoft from April 2014 to February 2015. Jukka's career at Nokia spanned from August 2000 to April 2014, where various roles included Senior Service Manager, IT Production Manager, Manager, and Application Support Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at IBM Finland from August 1998 to September 2000, and as a Development Engineer at Valmet from February 1997 to July 1998. Jukka holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Jyväskylä.
