Linda Alamäki

Group Talent Business Partner Team Lead at Sofigate

Linda Alamäki has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and HR consulting. Linda started their career in 2007 as a Summer Trainee at Fortum, where they assisted the Vice President of Talent Management. In 2008, Linda joined HR4 Group as a Consultant, working primarily as an HR consultant in client companies, while also being involved in various projects and sales. Linda continued working at HR4 Group until 2016, during which they also had a short stint as a Project Manager at HR4 Group/Nets | Finland in 2016.

In 2013, Linda joined CGI as a Project Manager, responsible for HR matters for over 200 outsourced employees. Linda ensured compliance with collective agreements, managed employment contracts, and acted as a liaison between the payroll office and the business. Furthermore, they led a payroll transfer project.

Linda returned to HR4 Group in 2014 as an HR Manager (customer work), focusing on employment-related issues, interpreting collective agreements, and managing employee benefits. Linda also served as the contact person for external payroll and was responsible for reporting and developing HR systems.

In 2017, Linda joined Sofigate as an HR Manager before being promoted to HR Manager (Team Lead of HR Business Partners) in 2019. Currently, they serve as the Group Talent Business Partner (Team Lead). Their role involves leading a team, managing talent-related initiatives, and overseeing HR operations.

Linda Alamäki obtained their M.Sc degree in Organizations and Management from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the certification "Welcome to ServiceNow" from ServiceNow in October 2022, and the certification "Työkyky muuttuvassa työelämässä -opintopolku" from Varma in September 2021.
