Marika Mertala

Marika Mertala is currently the EB and Talent Acquisition Lead at Sofigate since January 2022. Prior to this role, Marika worked as a Senior Consultant at Mercuri Urval from January 2016 to January 2022, where Marika focused on strategic cooperation with companies in recruiting new skills and coaching existing talent. Marika also has experience as a Project Manager at the City of Espoo, where Marika led a change management project focused on employee engagement and developing new tools. With a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Vaasa and additional qualifications in HR management and management, Marika brings a wealth of experience in recruitment, project management, and training development to their current role.
