Matilda Sandberg began their work experience in 2011 as a Crew member at McDonald's. Matilda worked there until 2014. In 2018, they worked as a Student at Academy, a part of Academic Work, from June to September. Later that year, they joined Materna Information & Communications SE as a Junior ServiceNow Consultant from September 2018 to October 2019. Matilda Sandberg received their Bachelor's degree in Applied Social Research from Stockholm University, having studied there from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications: a Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow, obtained in September 2018, and an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in August 2018.
