Niina Uusi-Autti is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business technology transformation and strategic development across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Capability Officer at Sofigate, Niina leads initiatives to enhance the synergy between business and technology. Previously, positions included Chief Business Development Officer at Witted, CEO of Talented Growth, and CEO of Swanlake Strategy, with a focus on resilient strategies in dynamic markets. Niina also held significant roles at Futurice, overseeing emerging business segments and driving strategic renewal, as well as at Affecto, where leadership in customer experience and business advisory was paramount. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from East Carolina University and additional studies in service design from AaltoPRO.
