Timo Pakkanen

Timo Pakkanen has worked in various roles and companies in the IT field. Timo started their career at Telia as a ServiceNow Administrator and Junior Developer from September 2020 to June 2021. Timo then joined Academic Work as an IT Consultant from September 2020 to August 2022. From June 2021 to August 2022, they also worked at Telia Cygate Oy as a ServiceNow Administrator and Junior Developer. Currently, they are working at Sofigate as a Lead Analyst since August 2022.

Timo Pakkanen has a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences, which they completed in 2012. Recently, in 2019 to 2020, they pursued further education at Kanneljärven Opisto, where they obtained a Youth Leader certification in the field of social work.
