Stephanie Sangster

Stephanie Sangster is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employee relations and labor law. Since March 2019, Stephanie has served as the Senior Director of Employee Relations and Legal Counsel at Sofina Foods Inc., following roles as Director and Manager in the same department. Prior to this position, Stephanie worked as Legal Counsel in Labour and Employment Law at Canada Post from May 2017 to March 2019 and held an Associate position at Mathews, Dinsdale & Clark LLP from September 2013 to May 2017. Stephanie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from McGill University, as well as both an LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy, completed in 2012.
