Caroline Louwers

Caroline Louwers has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Caroline started their career in 2006 as a Consultant at Accent Select Services, where they worked until 2007. Caroline then moved to Xpertize.be, where they served as an IT Recruitment Specialist from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, Caroline worked as a Management Assistant at Union Financière Boel before joining Sofina in 2012. At Sofina, they initially held the role of Management Assistant before transitioning to the position of Facilities Coordinator in 2018. As a Facilities Coordinator at Sofina, Caroline was responsible for managing and negotiating contracts related to facilities and office management. Caroline also reviewed service provider options to ensure healthy competition and maintained a high-quality work environment for staff and visitors.

Caroline Louwers began their education at the Institut de l'Assomption, although the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown. In 2001, they attended EPHEC for a bachelor's degree in Marketing - Sales, which they completed in 2004. In 2015, they pursued further education at HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège, where they obtained a Certificat de Formation En Facility Management in 2016.
