Isild joined Sofrecom's teams and took over the management of the group's Human Resources on October 1st 2022. Her 25-year career with Orange has allowed her to develop experience in the commercial field, in optical fiber and finally in Human Resources for over 10 years.
She joined Orange in 1995 and started her career in sales and participated in the creation of the Orange mobile subsidiary in Madagascar. Back in France, she became a training support team manager with the objective of increasing the commercial efficiency of customer advisors in the north of France.
She then took the position of fiber sales project manager in 2007 to ensure the follow-up of the commercial launch of "fiber" in Lille and Nantes.
From 2010, she reoriented her career towards the HR function. She successively held the positions of HR Manager, then Director of Human Resources at the Centre Val de Loire Intervention Unit and finally at Orange Innovation Networks since 2015.
