Alexandre Rocca

Alexandre ROCCA has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Alexandre is currently working as the Group Talent Director at Sofren, where they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they founded ARROW Conseil & Formation in February 2019 and worked as the founder until December 2022.

Alexandre also co-founded Bout à Bout in June 2021, and held the role until November 2022. Alexandre worked as a Conseiller immobilier at IaD France from October 2018 to December 2021.

From July 2015 to October 2018, Alexandre worked at VULCAIN INGENIERIE as the Responsable Region Ouest and later as the Business Unit Manager. In this role, they managed a business unit with activities in France and internationally, including project management, key account management, team management, and recruitment.

Before that, Alexandre worked as a Business development manager at ALTEN from May 2013 to March 2014. Alexandre also had teaching experience as an Intervenant en enseignement at HEC Paris in January 2014.

Alexandre's earlier experience includes working as a Strategy analyst at Europraxis Consulting from January 2013 to April 2013, and as a Manager for an art trading business creation project at HEC Paris from October 2012 to February 2013.

Alexandre also gained experience as a Project Manager Officer trainee at CSC from February 2012 to July 2012, where they were involved in project monitoring and management in the aerospace and defense sector.

Throughout their career, Alexandre has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and business development skills.

Alexandre ROCCA's education history is as follows:

- From 2012 to 2013, Alexandre studied at HEC Paris, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management de Grands Projets.

- In the same period, they also attended ISAE-SUPAERO, where they obtained a Master's degree (Mgp) in Management de projet.

- In 2011 to 2012, Alexandre had an Erasmus semester at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, pursuing a Master's degree. Alexandre focused on civil engineering, energy management, risk and hazard assessment, monitoring, and forecasting.

- Starting from 2006 to 2011, they attended the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse, achieving a Master's degree in Ingénierie de la construction/systemes industriels.

- In 2006, Alexandre completed their Baccalauréat at Lycée du coudon with a specialization in scientific subjects (Math and Sciences de l'ingénieur) and an additional mention in European Spanish.
