Chris Santantonio possesses extensive experience in customer service and operations within the building materials industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Service at both SoftLite Windows & Doors and Northeast Building Products since January 2024, Chris has held various leadership roles over the years. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Customer Service at Soft-Lite L.L.C. from October 2007 to January 2024 and as Operations Manager at Regency Windows from 1995 to 2007. Chris began a career in customer service with Soft-Lite LLC from 1989 to 1995, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction throughout a multi-decade professional journey.
