Tommi Vertanen

Tommi Vertanen has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Tommi is currently the Head of Talent & Culture and Partner at Softability Oy, where they are responsible for sales, recruitment, and back-office processes. Prior to this, Tommi worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Softability Oy, where they developed and executed talent acquisition strategies. Tommi also gained experience as a Growth Consultant at Talented Solutions, where they focused on improving recruitment processes for clients in the tech industry. Tommi has also worked as a Tech Recruiter at Siili Solutions and as a Recruiter and Business Development Manager at Barona IT. Additionally, they have served as an Independent Entrepreneur and Consultant, an Innovation Concierge, a Business Development Manager at Viima Solutions Oy, a Sales Assistant at Alexandria Pankkiiriliike, a Teamleader at Solideal, and a Sales Manager at Solideal. Throughout their career, Tommi has demonstrated strong skills in sales, recruitment, customer relationship management, and process improvement.

Tommi Vertanen completed their undergraduate education at Joensuu Normaalikoulu senior high school from 2004 to 2007, obtaining a matriculation examination. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree specializing in leadership, marketing, team coaching, sales, and entrepreneurship at Tiimiakatemia from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Tommi obtained certifications such as "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process" from LinkedIn in October 2018 and the "International President's Certification of Appreciation" from Lions Clubs International in June 2017.
