Dianna Wilusz, MBA, SPHR, SHRMSCP has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the field of human resources. Dianna is currently serving as the Vice President of People Experience and Operations at SoftBank Robotics America. Prior to this, they founded The Pendolino Group in 2009, a business consulting firm focused on organizational performance and leadership excellence. Dianna also held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Nanometrics and Executive Director of Human Resources and HR Operations at BaseHealth, Inc.

Wilusz has significant experience in compensation and total rewards, having served as Senior Director of Global Compensation and Total Rewards at TIBCO Software Inc. Dianna also has expertise in HR operations and systems implementation, as demonstrated by their roles at DataDirect Networks and Hara Software. Additionally, they have served on the Governing Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Next Concept HR Association (NCHRA).

Wilusz's experience also extends to executive coaching and leadership training, having worked at WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., The Women's Organization for Mentoring, Education and Networking. Dianna Wilusz has a diverse education history that spans several fields. Dianna began their education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they obtained a BA in Psychology with a minor in Industrial Relations from 1985 to 1987. Dianna then pursued further education in the business field, earning an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix between 1996 and 1999.

In 2005 to 2006, Dianna Wilusz focused on leadership coaching and obtained a certification as a Certified Executive and Organization Coach from the Coaches Training Institute. Dianna also attended Landmark in 2016 to 2017, where they acquired the title of Introduction Leader in the field of LMF (Landmark Forum).

Continuing their professional development, Dianna Wilusz gained expertise in process management by completing a program on Advanced Process Development and Capture Techniques at The Pendolino Group in 2019.

In addition to their educational achievements, Dianna Wilusz holds several certifications. Dianna obtained the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2000. Dianna also achieved the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management- Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM in May 2015.
