Dianna Wilusz, MBA, SPHR, SHRMSCP has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the field of human resources. Dianna is currently serving as the Vice President of People Experience and Operations at SoftBank Robotics America. Prior to this, they founded The Pendolino Group in 2009, a business consulting firm focused on organizational performance and leadership excellence. Dianna also held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Nanometrics and Executive Director of Human Resources and HR Operations at BaseHealth, Inc.

Wilusz has significant experience in compensation and total rewards, having served as Senior Director of Global Compensation and Total Rewards at TIBCO Software Inc. Dianna also has expertise in HR operations and systems implementation, as demonstrated by their roles at DataDirect Networks and Hara Software. Dianna then pursued further education in the business field, earning an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix between 1996 and 1999.

In 2005 to 2006, Dianna Wilusz focused on leadership coaching and obtained a certification as a Certified Executive and Organization Coach from the Coaches Training Institute. Dianna also attended Landmark in 2016 to 2017, where they acquired the title of Introduction Leader in the field of LMF (Landmark Forum).
