Adam Westhead

Adam Westhead is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner and Legal Director at SoftBank Group International since May 2019, and as Co-Head of Strategic Transactions (Legal) at SoftBank Group Corp. since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Adam worked at Morrison & Foerster LLP from September 2012 to January 2020 as an Associate and Trainee Solicitor. Adam began the career as a Tax Analyst at HM Revenue & Customs from November 2008 to March 2012. Adam holds a degree in History from Newcastle University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from The College of Law.
