Jarrod Lawson

Jarrod Lawson serves as the Head of Financial Reporting at Softcat plc since March 2024, previously holding the position of Financial Controller at Hovis Ltd from November 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Accounting & Reporting, Treasury, and Payroll teams. Prior to Hovis, Jarrod was with John Lewis Partnership, initially as Account to Report Transformation Lead and concurrently as Senior Finance Manager, managing financial reporting and accounting processes. Experience also includes roles as Finance Manager at Waitrose and Reckitt, focusing on financial and management reporting transformations, as well as early career experience in audit at KPMG and financial analysis at BMW Financial Services. Jarrod holds a FCA qualification from ICAEW and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Southampton.
